Jatropha Bio-diesel is made from Jatropha Curcas seeds. Dhopeshwar has developed a completely integrated plant for Extracting Crude Oil from seeds and refining it to high grade bio - diesel. Biodisel in non-toxic, Bio degradable, Safe & superior fuel compared to Petro-Diesel.The salient features of our plant are given below :

• Jatropha Bio-Diesel Plant

• Advanced Technology :
  Plant incorporates Transesterification of crude oil into Bio-Diesel using methanol. It features Methanol recovery & proper safety measures. Process gives crude glycerine and oil cake as bye-products.

• Higher Efficiency :
  Crude oil from seeds Extraction Efficiency 90-92%. Crude Oil to Bio-Diesel Conversion efficiency 90-95%. Converts approximately 4.0 Ton seeds into 1.0 ton of Bio-diesel.
• High Quality Bio-Diesel :
  Bio-diesel produced in our plant has higher cetane value (>51) and higher flash point (>100).
