Dressing Plant :

Poultry Processing Plant is considered the HUB of integrated Broiler operations. The Dressing Plant offers several advantages to Broiler Production centers such as Hatcheries & Farms as well as to the Meat Consumers.

Dhopeshwar make small scale Dressing Plant consists of overhead conveyer with shackles and different processing machinaries. The main processing stages are:

1. Stunning & Halal.
2. Scalding
3. De-feathering.
4. Evisceration (Internal Cleaning).
5. Chilling and Dripping.
6. Quality inspection & Sorting.

In Poultry Dressing Plant, the Birds(Broilers) are stunned, dressed and chilled using modern processing machinaries. The entire processing is done hygienically and scientifically.

The Capacity of plants starts from 250 Birds/ Hour to 2000 Birds/ Hour. These plants can be set up even in a standard poultry shed with some modifications within an area of approximately 3,000 Sq. ft.

1. TOTAL STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION :
All the processing machinery's and shackles of conveyer are made in stainless steel (S.S. 304 Quality).
2. SCIENTIFIC DESIGN, HIGHEST HYGIENE :

All the processing machine are scientifically designed. Use of water is also controlled. This ensure highest hygine during dressing.
3. SEMI AUTOMATIC WORKING :

The Dressing Plant adopts advanced engineering for semi automatic processing. All the stages from stunning to defeathering are on machine (Automatic). Halal is manual. So also the Evisceration of internal body parts.
4. PROCESSING FROM STUNNING TO CHILLING :

The Dressing plant covers all the stages from scientific stunning of live birds till chilling of end products. Halal can be adopted after stunning.
5. CAPACITIES :

The Dressing Plants are available in different capacities ranging from 250 BPH to 2000 BPH for Broilers having live average weight upto 2.0 KG each. These capacities are considered most appropriate for start-up operations.
6. TOP QUALITY DRESSED MEAT :

The scientifically designed machineries and hygienic process conditions ensures top quality dressed meat.
